Has anyone purchased tickets from Boardwalk Ticketing? We have used Undercover Tourist and ParkSavers in the past, and we haven't had any trouble. Since we had to cancel our AP's we now need to purchase tickets for our upcoming trip. Also, if the upcoming trip gets postponed, what happens with the date sensitive, un-activated tickets?
Thank you!

1. A regular long time authorized WDW ticket reseller.
2. You can change the date (within the specified valid dates.)
Otherwise, you can use the “Disney value” to apply to buying new tickets in the future.

My son purchased tickets from them back in February for our trip in December. He was able to load them into his MDE account with no problems and I was able to make park reservations for all of us. The only thing he needs to do when we get there is to remove the park hoppers at guest services.

We tried Boardwalk Ticketing for the first time. Bought tickets last month for January and the process and fine print seem just like UT. We saved over $250 on 3 tickets (9 day hoppers). UT tixx were $50 more than BW Tickets.

The codes were emailed to us about 24-36hrs later (which is all you really need if you have MagicBands) and a few days later the cards came via mail. If for some reason we can't use them for dates issued, they'll always be worth their face value to apply to other dates up to Sept 2021 (or to new tickets indefinitely), so in that sense they won't expire.

Thank you for the info! This is very helpful!

Thank you all for your reviews of Boardwalk Ticketing. I was curious to know if they were really legit. I priced my upcoming trip for me and my husband for 8 day park hopper tickets and UT was priced higher than BT. Now when you get tickets mailed are all days on each hard card or will there be 8 individual paper tickets? We are staying 2 days off property and then checking into All Star Music on their reopening day. Will I have trouble entering tickets on MDE for the days I’m not on property? Is there something extra I might needed to do?

I've purchased from them twice including a few weeks ago. Within 24 hours I received a single code that I redeemed in MDE. As part of that process, I assigned the tickets.

Today I received the cards, one plastic card per person. Looking in my MDE under My MagicBands and Cards, I can see each card is already assigned - the number on the back of the card matches the card number for each respective person. Not sure what would have happened if I received the cards prior to assigning the tickets.

On another note, for anyone that has a Disney Visa, Boardwalk Ticketing appears as Disney, so you get the extra points. The phone number on the transaction is actually the WDW number, and the cards are shipped directly from Disney. I don't remember that when using UT. Make me wonder if Boardwalk is really WDW in disguise for price-conscious shoppers.

Thank you for all of this information. I’m glad that the cards will be plastic. I hate the paper ones. They get messed up so easily.

After reading all of the positive reviews about Boardwalk that is who I will probably use. I just wanted to make sure that the were a legitimate company. Especially, when there is so much $$ involved. Thanks everyone 😊

We used UT for years and only switched this year because we used the Touring Plans website feature that searches out the best deal depending on what tickets you need for your trip. It does all the comparisons for you and shows you the best deal. Boardwalk ticketing was the cheapest option and we purchased through them and it was a similar experience to UT. I got a code in an email right away that allowed me to add them to MDE and the hard tickets arrived later in the mail.

It’s been a few years, but they were fine when I used them, Fast response and the code to put in MDE came quickly. No issues with customer service or the tix at the gate.

I have had good experiences with Boardwalk ticketing but lately I'm finding even better prices on AAA. If you are a member it is worth checking and even if you aren't a member the savings may be enough to offset the cost of a membership.

Edit: AAA price for 2 adult 8-day hoppers starting on Sept 14 are $1,115.94

AAA was one of the first places I price checked since usually they do have pretty good deals. However, for the 8 day park hopper for 2 adults is $1080.20 using Boardwalk. Its $35.74 cheaper. Not really a huge difference but at Disney any type of savings you can find helps. Thanks for your advice. 😊

Bought ours from boardwalk for our September trip, no issues and they were the cheapest. Confirmation code was sent the next day, I think. Also bought tickets with them in 2018 with no problems.

Does anyone know what these code as on a credit card? Would they code as travel or something more general? Disney tickets are expensive, and it would be great to optimize with the right credit card!

i hate to rain on the parade (especially having purchased from boardwalk ticketing in the past) but be prepared to deal with some aggravation if you have any issues with the transaction. boardwalk ticketing charged and fulfilled my order in duplicate, has no phone number, and hasn't responded to any emails and chats for 5 days and counting. the ticket purchase shows up with WDW's info and number, which leads me to believe boardwalk ticketing is basically a discount travel agent who used my credit card number to secure the tickets - which is why WDW ticketing wasn't able to help me. definitely a legit ticket outlet, but zero customer service.

All discount ticket sellers are discount travel agents who use your credit card to secure tickets through WDW. WDW will never be able to help. You will always have to work with who you bought them from, not WDW. They are legit and yes, have differing levels of CS. As does WDW these days.

Hope you can get ahold of someone

Funny to see my previous post here.

I had an issue with my most recent purchase as well, the code emailed to me was completely different from my order, although the credit charges were correct. I was just sent the wrong code.

I did some sleuthing around to find some contact info - I will message you with what worked for me.
