Boardwalk Restaurants

I really enjoy Flying Fish Cafe. I visited it for the second time on 5/19. If you like seafood this is a good place to try. The crabcakes are really yummy.

Flying Fish is the best on the Boardwalk.

If you are in the mood for Italian head over to the Swan and eat at IL Mulino.

just don't go to espn. it was terrible food and the wait staff was even worse. we just were there in april and it was aweful. my husband who is always a major tipper even when bad, handed me the change and said leave what you want. i let nothing as it was that bad, and they did nothing to try to fix it even after complaining.

That is too bad that you had such a poor experience. We have always had a decent lunch here - expect bar pub and you won't be disappointed.

For the rest of the Boardwalk area, Yachtsman's Steakhouse is a great (2TS) restaurant. Big River Grille is a brewpub that is a good place for burgers and beer. Flying Fish is a pretty good seafood place, and as someone else mentioned, you can go over to the Swan or Dolphin as well. at the Dolphin, bluezoo is the best seafood restaurant on property, The Fountain is a great little ice cream shop with a basic menu, and Fresh is a decent breakfast option. At the Swan, Il Mulino is the best Italian on property while Kimono's (never been so this is heresay) is a good place for sushi and a rowdyish place for karaoke later in the night. I am sure I am missing somewhere, but the point is that there are a ton of places to eat in the Boardwalk area.

forgot to mention although not on the boardwalk it's in the swan or dolphin {can't rememeber which at the moment} but shula's steak house is awesome. you need ressies for it and they ask that you don't go in park clothes but it's well worth it. my husband and son both still say that it's the best steak they ever have had and we were there 4 years ago.

I like Flying Fish - but I LOVE ESPN. It all depends on what you're looking for - Swolpin Shulas and bluezoo are both very, very, very good too.

Boardwalk - Flying Fish
Boardwalk Area - Yachtsman Steakhouse (YC), Il Mulino (Swan), BlueZoo (Dolphin), Shula's (Dolphin)
