How long have people had to wait for these to come thru recently? It seems as though there hasn't been any flow.

I was working with an agent at both The Timeshare Store and A Timeshare Store for about a month. They both presented us with a few options until the "right" one came along about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago.

Just be ready to jump immediately if it's the right amount of points etc. because we lost a few just in the process of thinking about what to offer, pros/cons etc.

The "right" one, by the way, came from Jaki Apetz who has continued to impress DH and I through the closing and paperwork process! She's a real pro!

Right now the inventory for resales is low so it is in your best interest to be on a brokers list. Resales come and go quickly on some never make the websites.

We used Jaki Apetz at A Timeshare Broker 888-345-2622 as well. She is very low key and professional. She kept in good communications with us through out the entire process.

Good luck and be patient, sometime good will come along.
