Boardwalk questions

Two questions:

1. I just booked Boardwalk for august 15-20 2bdr but got wait listed for the 16th. Ended up going on the waitlist for the 2 bdr and booked a 1 bdr for that one night. Is this going to be a real pain in the neck if the waitlist doesn't come through??

2. Does Boardwalk have room service (DH loves breakfast in the room!!)

I do believe they do. We'll be there the same time frame as you all. Let's hope for some dry weather.

I'm guessing you are referring to moving. If you don't totally unpack, probably not. Bell services would move your stuff for you. The only issue might be if you're planning on being at the resort between check-out and check-in times, but housekeeping can always be arranged to get your next room ready first thing.

Yes, though I think your statement should probably be DH loves not having to cook breakfast in the room.

Thanks all!! DH just has some need for that tray to arrive at the room ready to go!!! I personally am happy with a cup of coffee!

If it doesn't come through by the time you check in, mention it to the CM at check in. Maybe they can let you keep you in the 1BR portion of your room and close off the studio portion on that last night. You may not have to move at all if they can do this.

I had a studio one night then a 2BR for the next 6 nights and they were able to let me stay in that studio the whole time. I just had to check out and back in on day two and they opened up the connecting one bedroom for me. This was at a busy time of year too, so you never know.

Like HBC, I was going to mention that you can try to have the 1BR portion of your 2BR lockoff for the one night if the waitlist does not come through - you never know what might happen

They do have room service - expensive but nice

Good News!! MS called this morning and we got the 2BR for the 16th. Yeah the waitlist works!!!
