Boardwalk QS/marketplace

We just stayed at BW last month. It was the last deluxe on our list. I have booked and cancelled multiple times fearing the lack of quick service. My DH is a simple guy and eats a high protein diet. He wants a bounty platter for breakfast and burger for lunch.

We did two nights before a cruise and I explained how there were limited option but I wanted to cross BW off our list. He agreed to walk to BC if needed. The kids and I were fine with pizza or options at the deli. We ended up having sit down breakfast at Trattoria and Cake Bake shop. We walked over to Hurricane Hannah’s twice so that DH could get a burger and the kids could get nuggets.

The walk is quick and very pretty. We had awesome weather though. Not sure I’d be very happy walking to BC in the rain. One thing about Hurricane Hannah’s is there is not much seating. We ended up taking our lunch and walking down to some chairs on the beach.

I would really look at the menus and see what you can eat at the deli or pool bars. Most of the stuff isn’t really able to be adjusted. Dh and I agreed we won’t go back to BW unless we have a one bedroom so DH can make his own breakfast. If I was traveling with just my kids we’d head back to BW anytime.

I know people say you can walk or take a boat to other resorts but sometimes you just want to stay where you are, especially bad weather. We do more resort time than park time so we don’t pop over to the park everyday to eat.
