Boardwalk Inn Club Level

We have stayed on both floors and prefer fourth floor just because it is closer to the lounge. The fourth floor balconies are big enough for us for as much as we are out there. The view is great no matter what!
Thanks for your advice!!

We've stayed at Boardwalk, always ended up on the 3rd floor.
We have always requested to NOT be on the Boardwalk side because I have always read complaints of the loud horns from the boats. :rolleyes2:rolleyes2:rolleyes2

Hi all......Our family of four adults will be staying in a deluxe room at BWI starting next Saturday. We've never stayed at BWI, or even club level before; it just happened to be included with our room. That being said, I did contact sig. services with a request to be on the 3rd floor, as we'll need a larger balcony. But now I'm being prompted by e-mails to do online check-in. Should I do that? Or should we go the regular check-in route, so someone can show us where the lounge is, etc. Thanks for any advice!

Doing online check in has nothing to do with them showing you where the lounge is. They will still do that just like they will still assign your room even if you don't do online check in.

We always do online check in. I like doing the step

Thanks, AngiTN. I will go ahead and check in now! lol Also want to add that you are so knowledgeable and helpful on these forums, so an extra big "thank you" for that. :flower3:

We are staying in a deluxe club level room at Boardwalk in July. I haven't been able to find pictures online (other than those on the Disney site). Does anyone have pictures of the deluxe rooms? I am also looking for suggestions of room numbers that have good locations/views.

We were just there in room 3257, deluxe club. Great view. My picture is too big to attach. We had a deluxe room on the 4th floor last year, smaller balcony. Really enjoyed the 3rd floor balcony, as it's just a little bit bigger. You can't go wrong with any of the deluxe rooms. The lounge crew is really great too. Have a great trip!

The room doesn't really look all that different. Just longer so to speak. So the couch is further away from the bed. And there's a chair.
I've posted pictures of ours here somewhere. I'm on a mobile heading to the parks now or I'd find them again and post here

Hey there! I stayed there during my honeymoon in a deluxe club level room on the fourth floor. I have the exact room number under a review of the boardwalk inn on this website. We were on the fourth floor right outside the door to the “club level” separate hallway. The lounge was just through the door down the hall. The desk always just buzzed us in knowing us by face otherwise you can scan your room key. Our room had a great view and we liked being up high but I would probably stay on the 3rd floor next time due to the much larger balconies for sure. That was the view from the balcony, the other photos are too large to upload but are on here I did a review of the room where there are more pictures! Hope this helps!:)

Not great as it’s at night, but a pic of the Deluxe Room - they have that little sitting area with the couch on the far side of the room by the balcony door.

View from balcony, this was from a third floor room. Third floor Deluxe Rooms have a larger balcony than the fourth floor Deluxe Rooms, but the fourth floor is the same as the CL lounge. I will defer to more experienced BWI CL folks for more quality input/opinions.

Wow, great pictures and reviews, everyone! Thanks so much.

When we were last there the kids were not as big as they are now- that little sitting area will make a difference for 5 adult-sized people, I think. Still on the fence regarding which floor to ask for- both have advantages.

I'm happy to get the discount that just came out, too!

Does anyone know what the AP discount is for the BWI? Given the cost of this particular room, I'm thinking the difference between the AP discount and the Sun & Fun discount will more than pay for that ticket upgrade.

Thanks!

I had a bit of time this morning, so I checked.
I chose some random dates, 5/20-5/26 for two adults in BWI Deluxe CL room. Discount is the AP Sun & Fun Room Offer
Total after discount including tax: $3748.29
That looks like a very good deal!

(Rack rate for the same dates, same room, two adults is 6247.14)

It is a great deal. We had a standard club level room booked, but with the sun and fun the deluxe room is over $300 cheaper than the standard room rack rate was. Now even if the standard rooms become available, my husband wants to keep the deluxe!

So I did go ahead and call in to apply the AP discount to the deluxe CL room at BWI and even including the cost of the upgrade to an AP, saved $500 over the regular Sun & Fun discount.

I just have to have the AP by the time I check in, although of course I'll be getting it a lot sooner than that. Thanks for your help, everyone!
