Boardwalk Inn Balconies

Hello,
Does anyone know for Waterview rooms on the Inn side of Boardwalk if all the Balconies are the same size? We enjoy sitting on our balcony, so would like to request a room with a balcony that is more open since there are 5 of us. I have had different type of balconies when staying at Beach Club, so this is why I am wondering.

Also, are there additional exits on the Inn side to get to Epcot without having to go through the lobby? I know there is on the DVC side to access the Hollywood Studios trail quicker.

The 3rd floor balconies are bigger than the 4th floor balconies. Here's a set of pics I made....
