Boardwalk Grand VIlla ?

I was curious how many a grand villa at the boardwalk sleeps???? Any pictures or thoughts would be great!!!

any idea how much the villa costs a night...i went on disney website and i couldnt even get the option to price it

I believe they sleep 12...check out the DVC boards here for more info. It also may be more cost effective to rent points from a DVC member, if someone has that many points.

There are very few GVs at BWV, and they get snapped up immediately by DVC members. The odds of your finding one in CRO's inventory are very, very slim.


If you want to rent a grand villa at BWV from a DVC member, you need to start looking about a year out. You'll want to find a member with BWV as their home resort, and they will need to book it 11 months before your trip.

As other posters have said, you will want to rent from a BWV DVC owner who has lots of points to rent. You will need to book at the llth month mark to even get one. Depending on the time of year, the grand villa will rent for the equivalent of $740 per night and up. Friday and Saturday nights are the most expensive, so you might want to stay from Sunday thru Thursday and avoid the weekend. You also might be better off renting 2 two-bedroom units. Each of these sleeps up to 8 adults, and it is still cheaper to rent 2 two-BR's than 1 Grand Villa. The GV's are nice, but they are very pricey and there is a limited number of them available.
