Boardwalk Breakfast Ideas

Hi All,

Anyone have any ideas for sit down breakfasts in the vicinity of the Boardwalk? My husband & I are sit down kind of people & are staying at the Boardwalk Inn. I know they have limited b'fast options so I am just trying to come up w/ some ideas-I know about Kouzzina (anyone had b'fast there?) & there is always the Yacht Club but if anyone knows of anything nearby or even in a park? It's just the 2 of us, Deluxe Dining Plan & things like the bakery & charachter dining don't really appeal to us. Thanks in advance for any ideas anyone has!!

Other than Kouzzina and Captain's Grille, the only nearby table service breakfast offerings that accept the dining plan are character meals (Cape May, Akershus at Epcot, Hollywood & Vine at DHS)

Dont have any new ideas but I really enjoyed Kouzzina for breakfast!

Captains Grill at the Yacht Club and Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club are right across from the Boardwalk...Both are very good.

Some PPs suggested Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club. We had fun there, but it's a character meal and OP said

the bakery & charachter dining don't really appeal to us.

Is Captain Grille's buffet? And do they take the TIW card?

Captain's Grille has a buffet and you can also order a la carte. They do take TIW.

If the OP is on the dining plan and doesn't want character dining, Captain's Grille and Kouzzina are it for table service breakfast in the area.

I figured it would be Kouzzina & captain's Grill. We've eaten at Captain's-it was fine but nothing special. I'm looking foward to trying Kouzzina's though, thanks everyone!

I have stayed at the Boardwalk a couple of times... and it is pretty limited in the breakfast dept. Although the Bakery is very good... it gets old pretty quickly. We have also stayed at the Dolphin and I would recommend Fresh there. It is a buffet but the have wonderful food and I think you can order off of an ala carte menu as well.

Fresh is quite good - but it's not good for the OP, as it does not accept the dining plan.
