After they delivered to our room our luggage and stuff we realized that 3 plastic bags filled with dirty clothes from staying at HRH were missing. I went to Bell Services and they insisted they didn't have them. I had to go outside to the parking area to have them drive my DD and myself over to our van (it was mostly her clothes missing and she was freaking out). Nothing in the van. Went back to Bell Services and I insisted they look for them. Sure enough they had them. They were like, "Oops, sorry, too bad."
