Do you think we can do a walk up to any of the restaurant on a Thursday night for a party of 8? We aren't sure what time we are getting in so an ADR would be difficult.

ESPN Club doesn't take ADRs so if you are willing to wait.

I think there are a few places in the BW area that don't take ADRs (ESPN, Beaches n' Cream and Big River Brewing Company, come to mind, correct me fellow disers if I'm wrong).

You might also try DTD area. Quite a few choices, and easy to get to.

Spoodles or Big River would probably be easy enough, even Flying Fish.

Don't forget Il Mulino over at the Dolphin, large restaurant, easily fit a party of 8, great food.

I've walked up to Spoodles many times. We have also walked up to Cape May at the Beach Club; sometimes a short wait, sometimes about 30 minutes.

ESPN Club does not take ADRs and can be mobbed if there is a popular sports program on -- especially football.

I think I've read here on the DIS that you can call Big River directly for a reservation within 30 days of your date, but I've never tried it.

I'd also recommend Raglan Road at DTD - we have been able to walk in with a table for 4 before. Eight may have to wait at any of the resturants since they will probably have to put 2 tables together.
