Are there a lot of things for families with teens to do in the Boardwalk or Saratoga Springs resort areas? How do these areas compare to downtown Disney? How about food places? Our kids love live music and dancing but it didnt appear that they would be old enough to get in most places so we're hoping there is something that would appeal to them. Thanks.

SSR is across the lake from DD, so when you hear about loads for teens to do there, I think its because they can head over to DD so easily.

There is also plenty of fun to be had on the boardwalk, which is closer to the resort than SSR is to DD. But I think there is alot more at DD then at the boardwalk.

How old are your kids? I think that the piano bar and stuff at the BW will also have the same age restrictions as the clubs at DD.

My kids are 10, 13, and 15. What kinds of things are at SSR and Boardwalk? Is there enough for them to keep busy for an afternoon or an evening? We have spent a lot of time at DD so we're ready for a change of pace. We haven't done Disney Quest yet and will add that to our list. They are really looking for a place that isnt totally geared to younger kids.

At the Boardwalk, they can walk to Epcot and take the boat to MGM (or walk). There's the ESPN restaurant on the Boardwalk that has lots of video games. They can get Pizza. There are some carnival type activities on the Boardwalk, but I think they'd like ESPN better. The BW resort also has a community room, but I'm not sure if the activities are for older kids.
