Boarding Passes

I don't know if you are aware of this (we weren't) but a CM at the front desk printed our SW boarding passes for us on the morning of our departure. This was at SSR but I expect all the hotels will do this.

When we checked out of the AKL Jan 15th, I went downstairs early and asked guest relations if they could print our boarding passes. At first he said with the new system they couldn't, but I could go to one of the convention hotels and they would be glad to do it. Fortuantely, his superviser (Bruce) happened to walk by and overheard us. He immediately said, yes they could and proceeded to show the CM how. For some reason Delta wouldn't show up on the CM's computer, so Bruce said 'well I know mine will do it'. He then took me down to the end of the counter to another computer and within just a few minutes I had our boarding passes (free of charge).
