I have a question: We are a group of 28 on the 2/2/08 7 day cruise on the Magic-does anyone know if we can print our Southwest boarding passes in the Internet Cafe? Our Disney rep. thinks so-but she's not sure. Thanks!!

Yes, you can. I believe it is $.25 per sheet. You can also print your boarding passes at the airport. You can do this at any SW kiosk or at the counter when you check in.

You don't actually have to print them ahead of time. You need to check in to get the good bording spot but you can print them at the airport with your good boarding spot. I don't know how things are on the ship but I have been someplace where I only had internet access but no printer. I checked in online and printed my boarding passes with my A on it at the airport. If all of you are traveling together they may let you board early as a group too. Have fun!

Thanks!! The main thing is that alll of the families get to sit together-some of the children have never flown-so I know they want to stay together. Any advice about keeping track of all the luggage until we hit the 4 hour mark??

Hey Mineu!

Where have you been? We have a thread in the meets forum for our cruise and we've been chatting for quite a few months. We also have a yahoogroup too.

We're traveling with 14 people from Houma so we're not far from you at all!

How are you getting to the ship and back to the airport? If you're using Disney transportation, the new policy has gone into effect whereas you check your luggage the last night of your cruise and it meets you at your home airport! From what I've read, we'll have boarding passes delivered to us at turndown service too.

Even if you're using private transportation, you'll have no problem just checking in online for your return flight and getting your boarding passes at the airport. We've done this for Southwest before -- as late as October 2007.

I'll see about getting the link to our group thread so you can come post over there!

We're also escaping Mardi Gras and have done so for the last few years.

I actually had my brother check us in for our SWA flight! I had forgotten to check in on-board and had him check in for us on his home computer. If you had a friend at home who would be willing to check you in on-line you could just print the boarding passes when you arrived at the airport.

Thanks for the replies! We have a Happy Limo Shuttle van ($22.00 per person round trip) picking all 28 of us up at the airport and bringing us to the Radisson-they will then pick us up at the port and bring us to MCO. Since we are not using Disney transfers-they won't print our boarding passes-and I think Southwest is not on the program anyway. So-I'm debating-I would feel better if I could print them out-so want to make sure that someone else has done this in the Internet Cafe.

I printed out my boarding passes in the Internet Cafe last February. It was not a problem. There were lots of others doing the same thing.
