Board Upgrade this weekend

The board conversion is scheduled for next weekend.

Expect the boards to go down friday evening and be down for a period of 24-48 hours.

All private message storage will be cut back to 7 days so please save whatever you want to keep soon.

The new boards will have some great features and will be well worth the temporary pain of the downtime.

Official DIS Christmas shopping weekend announced.

This weekend, Get out and about and buy those Christmas presents, spend a lot of time in the shops, and well 'spend'. There is life away from the boards ( but not as we know it Jim).

I hope the new upgrade includes making tea and coffee for us whilst we post!!

It's still broken; any attempt to make a new thread anywhere results in an error.

Also, the signature line character limit needs to be increased, 500 characters doesn't even cover one countdown timer.
