I am so looking forward to hearing about your road trip, I so wish I was going with you on it, I think it would be a really big Hoot. Remember to take lots of pictures and notes we want to hear about everything.

:flower3: Thanks buddy

It would be a really big hoot - especially if Buzz and Linnie were around also!

Jojo, if I were the Tag Fairy, I'd tag you with "I like to go out in public wearing the craziest things you could ever imagine" or "I can be random. And I mean that." Or both!!

That would be cool! I'm not sure JoJo knows about the Tag Fairy, I'll have to tell her about it later.

We are driving 18 hours in November. My son just turned 16 and is all insistent that he will be sharing the responsibility with my husband and I! Ha! I DON'T friggin THINK so!

I see girl siblings love each other as much as boy siblings! It absolutely drives me insane the way they argue.

Oh my gosh - not you too :woohoo: Someone who understands what I'm going through.

JoJo said the same thing - LOL

They drive us insane too - daily :rolleyes1

I totally get you!

But they are the only ones allowed to beat the crap out of each other. If it's someone else, then they love each other.

The last time we drove down, they were wonderful on the way there. Coming back:scared1: I should have left them in Tennessee! (Sorry Tennessee!)

Hey, do you have a pre-trip report going? You don't have a link in your signature and I was just wondering.

Love the pre-trip report so far!

What a nice surprise to see you over here too :yay:

It seems that if Nana and Poppy ever want to retire to Florida, they would be well-qualified for CM positions at Rafiki's Planet Watch petting zoo! ;)

How fun--another TR by Blue!!! We're actually taking our girls out of school in Sept (7-15--trying to figure out how to tell their teachers :confused3 ) for a surprise trip. We're going with our neighbors who live across the street. They invited us--I couldn't POSSIBLY say no!!! That would be rude, wouldn't it? Anyways, DH is finally on board (he wasn't so sure at first), especially since he'll get to go to the Night of Joy concerts (he's worship leader at our church). I just got my Disney Visa, so we're going to start using it, so we can earn a little bit of money for our trip! I may start a pre-trip report soon. This trip could prove to be quite interesting (4 jokesters, a 5 yr old, a 6 yr old, a impulsive, moody ADHD 10 yr old, and a 1 yr old!). Looking forward to finishing your last TR and reading this one!!! :cool1:

HI BLUE! I'm so happy I found your pre tr...I am gearing up for a DL trip but as far as I;m concerned we are still going for our anniv next jan! LOL. Looking fwd to your mother daughter antics!!! :)

KATHY: nice to meet you also :)

SOLGENT: haha, well that's me for ya.

GOOFSTER57: haah. she's a crazy one.

KAYGRARCIA: you should see us at home :P

No, I haven't started one. I don't think I have 7+ months of stuff to talk about. Maybe when it gets a little closer. (But don't think I am not planning every single day!!!:thumbsup2 ). I don't know what I will do with my time if I get it totally planned early. Dishes? NO! Laundry? NO! Dusting? NO! I really would rather plan!!

Kathy

Nana would love that job. :thumbsup2

She belongs to Friends of Abandoned Pets and at one point they had 11 cats in their care waiting for good homes to be found. I think she's down to 5 now. I can never keep track of them all but ask Jo and Goofy and they can tell you the names of each and every one of them

I've been telling them they should retire to Florida. It would be great to have a place to stay while we're visiting Mickey :rolleyes1

Hiya!!!! Good to see you stopped by :yay:

Woa - 4 kids in the World :scared: You're a brave woman :thumbsup2
Do the teachers give you a hard time for taking the kids out of school? I've always wondered about that. I guess it's okay for the little ones but the older ones would miss quite a bit of work. Do they assign them homework to take with them?

Be sure to let me know if you start a pre-trippie.

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy this one too!

Ya, I think I jumped the gun here :rotfl2: I was just so excited :sad2:

This time around there is less to do because I've already searched and researched everything Disney last year while planning. The good news is that we'll be better prepared :dance3:

I'm not as brave as you think...the 4 jokesters I mentioned are 4 adults! One adult per child. Good ratio, if you ask me! :rotfl: Anyways, as to the teachers at school, they don't know yet. I'm hoping they won't give me a hard time, since it is only the third week of school, and I figure they'll mostly be reviewing still.

I took mine out of school in 2005 to go. They were 13 and 14. I had to fill out a paper, the kids took it to school and had to take it around to all the teachers to have signed. Then on that Friday (the day we left) they were supposed to bring home all their homework for the week. WELL, wouldn't you know it, we got a bunch of snow and they had a snow day. I was freaking!

So what do you do when that situation happens?? You say, oh well, nothing we can do about it now and leave at 10:00 a.m. instead of after they get out of school!! Yaaaaaay!

The teachers were pretty good about it when they got back. They were given their homework and a week to do it.

I am taking them out again this year. I think I will ask if they will give them assignments a little earlier. Remind them about the last time!

Wise guy eh? Nyukk yuk yuk :rotfl2:

How did you know that Curly is my hero, well next to Buzz of course.

HAHAHA - At least tell us which 5 you haven't done :lmao:

I’m sure you have them figured out, no sense in incriminating myself, the statue of limitations hasn’t run out yet on a couple of them.

It would be a really big hoot - especially if Buzz and Linnie were around also!

We could paint up a bus like the Partridge family and go on tour

“Psycho Tour 07”

I copied and pasted your do while driving list and passed it around at work. Everybody got great laughs from that one. Here is another one to add to it.

Park along the side of the road and aim a blow dryer at oncoming traffic.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you regarding the teachers.

 I would have been freaking too! Aren't the teachers still at the school on snow days? They are here (if they can make it in).

Good idea about getting the work ahead of time - better to be on top of things :thumbsup2
