Both DH and I like steak, chicken and Seafood. I like steak or lobster. He likes chicken, filet or fish. I understand both Blue Zoo & Shula's are quite pricey. Who has the best menu including sides and dessert? Where do you get the best bang for the buck?:scared:

DH and I went to BlueZoo and loved it!! I had the most delicious lobster and pasta dish. There were a variety of fish entrees. But my favorite part was the dessert -- it was a sampling of 5 different desserts... everything from creme brulee and chocolate cake to keylime pudding. It was phenomenal. BlueZoo is my all time favorite meal in WDW.

Both restaurants get consitently excellent reviews.

But the atmosphere is WAY different! I would pick based on that.

Shula's is very testostore-y, meat & potatoes & football. It's the kind of place you'd expect every man to be in a starched pink Polo button down oxford and $250 khakis with Italian loafers. It has a dressed-down formal feel to it. The food is traditional.

Blue Zoo is trendy, young, loud, fast paced and the sort of place where women show up in strappy sandals with 3" heels, and order fancy cocktails. The food is adventuresome.

My wife and I don't really get excited over steak (except for maybe the filet at Jiko's) - we did go to Shula's once and thought it was a very nice place. The chocolate souffle for two was a great dessert at Shulas. Also liked the oysters rockefeller.

Blue Zoo would obviously have a more diverse menu...I can recommend the clam flatbread and the sea bass. Price wise I would probably say Blue Zoo is a better bang for the buck since a steak at Shulas is high $30's - mid $40's right out of the gate.

Tough call. Both are excellent. Appetizers are excellent (littleneck clams flatbread at BZ, oysters rockefeller at Shula's). Desserts, I'd lean toward Shula's, but only b/c of the souffle for two (beyond excellent). Bang for the buck entrees, I'd have to call a toss up. Shula's steak is alot of food, but the price is set accordingly.

Of the two, I'd have to lean towards BlueZoo.
