Blue Zoo Lounge?

Is it possible (likely) to go hang out at the Bluezoo lounge for drinks and appetizers? I get to hang out with some adults next week - we are staying on the Boardwalk! I wanted to wander over there and check out the restaurant, but we don't plan on having dinner there.

I *think* that you can.
We ate there last year, and it was fantastic.
I do remeber that right before you go down the stairs to the restaurant there is a nice bar in the hotel.
We had a pre dinner drink there.

Yes, you can.

They have even had a happy hour on weekdays - $5 for selected drinks and appetizers. I am not certain if they still have it.

Thanks to both of you for the information. I am looking forward to visiting. I hope the happy hour is still there. I will have to find inside things to do in the daytime - it is going to be much too hot. It is 100 degrees here at home though, so I guess it can't get much hotter down there.

In theory, yes you can. We have, multiple times.

But it depends on what conventions are in town. The Dolphin is at least half a convention resort, and we've seen times at bluezoo when you could barely even *see* the bar, let alone walk up to it and hang there. The place can get *extremely* packed.
