We are staying at the Swan Dec.30 for 5 nights and I would love to try the Blue Z00. I see there is a bar menu that looks very nice.

Has anyone done this. Do you get the feel of the restruant doing this? I thought it might work better for us and our DD age 7.

Can you make reservations there or only in the dinning room?

Also, if we do decied to do the big dinner did I read somewhere that children can go for free to Camp dolphin while we eat?

Your daughter will be welcomed in the restaurant or the lounge. The lounge has booths. The staff is very kid friendly throughout the BlueZoo. You can get child care for free for 2 hours. Don't know about reservations for the bar, however restaurant reservations are definitely respected. We asked for a specific server on our 2nd trip and were granted that. There were many children dining there on both our April '03 visits. They have an assortment of food items on the regular menu which appeal to youth. Go!! Have fun!!! Its a neat place!

Thanks for all the info. I can't wait to try the place out, last time
we stayed at the Swan it was opening in a few days so we did not get to try it. This time it is on my list!
Only 4 1/2 more months!

just noticed my post said April '03 when it was really '04 - sorry! anyway, ds and I will be there in October and report back; he fell in love with the stone crab and the 'shake-n-bake' fries - as I said everyone from the greeters to the chefs to our 2 servers were very friendly to him and very attentive;
