Blue Santa Hat - Should we trade?

In the event the powers that be at VMK are reading, please vote if you would like to see the blue santa hat be made tradeable.



VMK, my personal wish is yes. My sister, daughter and close friend on VMK were all unable to get the hat and I would like to ability to give it to them. Please make this hat tradeable.

I said yes, to this, because although its nice for people to know you earned something yourself, this hat really wasn't a big deal to me. I never wore it, except once. So i probably wouldn't have cared.

i personally think all (xcept awards should be tradeable. what if like here in ohio when ppl lost power for a week? friends should be able to gift or trade 1 day items. i know this sounds foreign but people do have real lives

VMK Imagineers, the ppl have voted, please make the blue hats tradeable.

And if you feel really generous for a split second, please make the space, car & dive quest magic tradeable too. Even if just for one weekend.

I agree to this, and would include amongst the items that should be tradable the Red Space Suit and the Red/Pink Winter Outfits - prizes from previous competitions.

The quests for the magic pins: Captain's Quarter Dive Suit Magic, Autopia Drive Car Magic & Space Quest Deck Blue Space Suit Magic. It would be nice if those could be tradeable, just so we could add to our number of stars.

Especially in the instance you have clothing that you do not wish to ever display on your virtual self or if you should (gulp, gasp) ever leave VMK and would like to distribute your items to the needy before your departure.

Goofy, I am not sure I follow why having multiple items is bad? If it allows you to share, isn't that always a good thing? Did your mommy not teach you to share? Just kidding of course. But why is having items on multiple players a bad thing?

haha I meant I did not agree with you there, I understood what you meant.

I put the quest pins in the same category as the award pins. At least the autopia where they are ranked from easy to difficult.

Just reset those for us VMK once a year

Having multiple items is how the virtual trade market operates. Most everyone wants at least 1 of something, but having another 1 (or more) to trade helps everyone. It helps those who don't have it get it, and it helps those who are trading it get something else they want to keep or trade away for other items.

Just think about all of the people who joined since Jan 1 '08. There is half a lanyard that they can't trade for, but others have those items sitting in their (or their mules') pockets.

I joined after the Purple Superhero Costume was released and will only be able to get it through trades...once VMK decides that that costume is okay to trade. @_@

and just to add, the more people did actually mule, the less they are worth so it really shouldnt amount to be a problem

As to the purple superhero, I did mule on that one a few times. Unfortunately, my lilylady, who has pretty much everything that's pink and purple, including my now one and only princess hat, does not have the purple superhero pants. I have no idea why she didn't get run through, but I have a pair of them on another mule to hopefully someday give to her.
