We are completeing our second stay at Blue Haven Villa. We have been here for eighteen days and just love this house. We are renting directly from the owners but it is managed by Florida Leisure. Florida Leisure has been fantastic in every way and helped us resolve minor home repairs during our stay and with locating a babysitter. Great people!
The owner has given us a very generous discount since we had a previous stay. Prices (all inclusive) can be seen on the website Blue Haven Villa dot com. Five bedroom, three bath home with an additional half bath downstairs and another by the pool. There is an outdoor shower as well. The pool has a bubble spa and all the toys a family needs during their stay. The patio is covered with a fan and large BBQ for your use.
The home has many items that make a stay at Disney easier with children. There is a sit and stand stroller, car seats, full size baby crib, portacribs and toddler air bed and all the bedding you would need. Theme bedrooms for girls and boys. A king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. All very comfortable.
The kitchen has everything you need including a highchair. Extra capacity washer and dryer. Pool towels, toys, movies, playstation, games room, park ponchos, cooler and ice packs for the car or beach. Everything you need is here. Just add your groceries and personal products. There are even baby gates installed on the stairs.
We have been so delighted with this home I almost don't want to let anyone know! On the other hand the owner has been so good to us that I want to support their business. There is free long distance and wireless too! It is all here!
One thing I will tell you is the owner is busy so it takes him a few days to respond to emails. Don't let that deter you. He is easy to reach by phone and great fun to talk with. Very fair guy and returns my rental deposits the same day I get home.
Cumbrian Lakes is about a twenty minute drive with WalMart, Publix and other shopping nearby. I highly recommend Publix for top quality foods. That seemed far to me until I got here. It is a blessing to escape the park and the madness of 192 and I drive. You really have to come out this far to get some peace and quiet. It is beautiful here sitting on the patio watching the children swim and overlooking the conservation view. A little bit of heaven. My children were happier here than at the World.
You will love this house with children since there is pool safety fencing, extra alarms for safety and the house is childproofed. My princess Hannah and the owner's children have left some very nice toys to play with in the girl's closet. Prince Nathaniel has left a nice complement of baby toys behind. There are also several children's channels of television available in every room of the house. The super big widescreen in the family room is fantastic for watching movies.

One word of caution it is a rental home so things are not perfect. There are a few scuffmarks on the baseboards and a few minor carpet stains but compared to the hotels and overall feelings of being at home this is insignificant. If you need perfection you might need to spend at least three times as much somewhere else.
