I just wish I knew when we can start making them.

Thank you for that info on Yak and Yeti, ladies. I agree, Catherine. What a name!Do you think there will be either on the menu!? I enjoy a good buffalo burger as much as the next guy, but I may have to draw the line at yak meat! Unless...it tastes just like chicken!

Yak meat? you wanted to know if they had either on the menu, what about yeti meat? No wonder they won't take the dining plan. I bet that stuff's pretty rare.
I think I may end up referring to it as Yakkin' Yeti just to be obnoxious.
I had buffalo at Artist Point, it's really good! I may have it again if the fish doesn't appeal to me when I get there but I'm thinking fish.
Is anyone planning to rent a fridge at Pop?
You're not kidding. Look how long it takes to find the blasted Yeti on EE! And, don't mean to start a debate here, but, I hear that Yeti is really a fake! So, no Yeti meat.
WHAT? They can't put Yeti Spaghetti on the menu?
it's okay that it's fake, I'm on a diet.

Fake Yeti is right up there with imitation crab meat in my book. I don't like them "pressing" other seafood and calling it crab, and I sure as heck don't want them pressing some other abominable species and calling it faux yeti--not for my spaghetti!
Maybe there will be a Yeti soup du jour. That would fit in with your diet!

I had a buffalo steak at the Cowboy Club in Sedona. I really enjoyed it. The rattlesnake--not so much. I buy ground buffalo for tacos and such. It is really tasty. And when I have fussy friends like Beth over, I don't mention that it is buffalo!

Hi Bridget!I should be getting one from the fridge swap too.
Yeah, Yetistrone.
Oh so the pasturized processed Yeti food isn't good enough for ya?
(pssst. It's really reconstituted sasquatch.)

If all goes well, Missy, I will have a fridge from the fridge swap.
A dozen?? OMG, sounds like a mess.I did some reading on the fridge swap threads. There now seem to be a dozen going around Pop and much confusion with them. So, the fridge swap may be a bit of a gamble come November.
Yeah, Yetistrone.

Hi Laura!!Since you seem to be a fan of weird foods, what the heck is a Lincoln Log sandwich metioned in last Sunday night's Sopranos?
Carmela makes Lincoln Log Sandwiches [two hot dogs split down middle filled with cream cheese on toasted white bread]
Hi there! Welcome to the DIS!![]()
Hi all,
I just came upon this Ladies only trip info. What a great thing! Can anyone sum this up for me? How are people connecting up once there? I will be a solo traveler and would love to meet up. I am new to the Disboard but am an avid Disney fan. (I'm not sure where I have been!!)
