Blue directors chair?

Just wondering if there is any information regarding this chair. I've seen it in a few recent host rooms, but I don't recall seeing anything about it here.

Oh. It's been mentioned here before, but it's been a long time.

Hosts and staff have them, but, they've never been released. I also don't see them being released as they are actually named 50th Chair. Since Disneyland's 50th Celebration is officially over, they would really have to rename the chairs to release them (Blue and Red). Or maybe they'll wait until WDW's 50th.

I saw the blue one in Phinny's room a few days ago I really liked it. I also saw a red one in Hula's room during the Christmas party thing with the gingerbread benches. I know they wont come out under the title of 50th chair however I think it would be cool if they had like a movie month and they could rename the chair Directors chair and then released it then.

I was at WDW on the 35th anniversary and other than a few mentions like cm's wearing birthday buttons- that anniversary went un-celebrated...

Well, 50th for WDW will start in October 2021. WDW officially opened on October 1, 1971 and was dedicated on October 25, 1971.
