Blue Bayou Monte Cristo

I've heard conflicting stories about whether you can order the three-cheese monte cristo at Blue Bayou. Has anyone done this recently? I LOVE Blue Bayou and it'd be awesome if I could get the non-meat version there as opposed to Cafe Orleans. Also, since I've never actually had the sandwich before, is the sandwich large enough to do a split order? I know at Blue Bayou you can split and still get a salad starter ($12 charge if I'm not mistaken).

The sandwich is HUGE. I could barely finish half. As far as the 3 cheese, I don't know.

It also gave me one of the worst gallbladder attacks I've ever had. Fortunately I get my gallbladder out in a week

I asked this same question here a couple weeks ago and the consensus was that yes, you can order the 3 Cheese version there. I'm eating there on the 9th and will be able to confirm for sure!

And I always split it with a friend! With a salad it's plenty of food.

Apologies! I meant to reply right after my trip and totally forgot!

Yes! I was able to order the 3 Cheese MC at BB and it was delicious! It was great to get it with the 3 different dipping sauces, I loved the vanilla sauce. Although my friend thought it was a little too sweet. I would definitely recommend splitting it for the additional $12 so both people can get a salad or the gumbo.

i recall Monte Cristo being on the lunch menu but not on the dinner menu. i could be wrong though.
