The Famous Monte is awesome! But its too huge for me to eat so we share... has anyone had the mushroom yet or the lamb? I love lamb.... think its only on the dinner menu though.... have fun on your trip!

The lamb and the filet mignon on the dinner menu are both decent, though not stellar. We usually go to Cafe Orleans for our Monte Cristo since we like BB for those two items + the wonderful creme brulee (its 3-in-one serving with a head and two ears of different flavors!) which are only served at dinner.

The lamb and filet are not the best I've ever had, but cooked as well as you can expect at any nice restaurants, and since we hardly go to nice restaurants when not on vacation its great to splurge (both calorically and financially) on a nice meal on vacation.

They used to have a pork loin dish that was out of this world several years ago but I haven't seen it on the menu since ... 08'ish?

(We liked the crab cakes too! Though it was a touch spicy if I remember correctly ...)
