When do BLT open and when are they available for booking? TIA

They are scheduled to open September 2009 (a few days after we leave Florida for home ) and bookings for BLT members begin 1st March 2009, non BLT members can book stays 7 months and under about 2 weeks later on 15th March

Disney has not publicly announced the day in Sep it will open but strong indications are Sep 1, e.g., all the operating licenses (for restaurant, store, pool bar, etc.) applied for have a Sep 1 start date.

If you call on 15th March when booking open to non BLT owners I'd say you'd have a really good chance
