Blt - which floors have a place for trash from your villa?

Ok - crazy question consider we are staying here now!
We have called to guest services three times – I have asked several cast members in the hallway – and no one seems to know which floor the trash is located. Any ideas short of wandering every floor?!?!?!

The BLT trash rooms are located between villas with room numbers ending xx17 and xx21. It is on the Lake side in the central section of the resort. I believe there is one on floors 3 through 14, but I'm positive there is one on the 5th floor.
