BLT - UY's and MF's

Can anyone comment on what use years are currently being sold, and what the MF's per point are?

We got April UY as existing members to match our current contract. Not sure what new members would get.

MF are $3.67 (or $3.68) per point - although 2009s are prorated from resort opening to end of year... so they are only 4 months worth ($1.23 ish...)

We are new members and we have an April UY, which was our choice, they were very flexible.

Ok, so educate me some! Even though I purchase now, I can get my UY that I have my other contract in? Only new members get February? So would my MF's then start with my UY of March (thats my other contracts UY)? This is all new to me, adding on with a brand new resort. Thanks for all your info!

An add-on direct from Disney is going to have the same UY as your existing contact.

With a March UY, you will get your first allotment of points 3/1/2009. Your MF would not start until the occupancy date of the unit. That is going to be 9/1/2009. They legally can't charge MF for a unit that can't be occupied.

Thats were I was getting confused. So it from the date of occupancy for MF's! Thanks! Now I get it.....

But will you get the addon??? Let us know. We are excited to have added on, but waiting until Dec. 09 (our planned first trip) is going to be hard... especially when the bill comes in to pay for something I can't use for over a year!!!
