We are renting a 2Br. BLT form a third party an wondered will we be able to get into the Top of The World Lounge. It would be nice for watching the fireworks.

They ask for a current DVC Member card when you go up to the TOTWL. You won't have that. This is a member perk and is sometimes extended to guests staying with the member. But since you are compensating the member for your stay, you are not considered a guest of the member.

When I went there in July, they were only interested in seeing one key to the world card from our whole group of 10. In fact I asked if they wanted to see my membership card and they said it was not necessary. I would give it a try if I were you.

Definitely try - the worst they can say is you are not eligible to go there.

if they won't let you - you can go to the 4th floor (near the skybridge) at CR - if you need the music. Otherwise would go to the 15th floor near the north elevator to watch.

now if you get a firework view just watch from your room - the channel is the resort channel - think it is 19 or 20 - there are firework views in the lakeview and standard view
