BLT to Animal kingdom park

This will be my first time staying onsite without a car. What would be the easiest quickest way to get from bay lake to animal kingdom park?

The free option is bus from CR/BLT to DAK. Your other option would be to pay for a taxi or uber.

Bus stops at Blizzard Beach even if no one is getting off there. About a 25 min ride.
