BLT Standard View

We have a 2 bedroom Standard View booked. Which tower would you sugguest for a nice view? Are any standard views nice?

I am not sure what you mean by which tower. There is only one. SV rooms are primarily the 1st few floors of the resort.

We were in a studio #7337 and had a partial view of the lake and the pool. If you want to possible have a partial view of MK and the fireworks, you would want an even#d room--those are on the outside of the building.

The standard view rooms are just the lower-floor rooms. The first floor is entirely standard view...and standard views go all the way up to the 4th or 5th floors...There are some lake view rooms on floors 2 and up and some MK view rooms on floor 3 and up.

The standard view rooms aren't bad views... at all... IMO, there are really no bad views in all of BLT. Even the rooms above the maintenance areas...you can only see those if you look down...if you are looking on your balcony, you are actually seeing the contemporary, it's pools, the lakes, etc. Just don't look down :-D

My wife and i recently returned from a DW trip and stayed in BLT room 7718
seventh floor MK view,Studio...for a week the view was great and we both enjoyed it. That being said the view from the TOWL lounge was awesome as well and we both agreed that there was no need in the future to spend the extra points for a MK view ...all the views are amazing. I would say try it once
then save the points for longer or more frequent stays.
We own at BLT and at AK as well...we were at AK last OCT and will be returning this OCT too and love it there with the savanah views and will likely continue the extra point usage there!
Every DVC Resort seems to have its own Magic...and thats what makes owning into the DVC system such a great thing......just my two ears º0º worth
