BLT standard studio - which floors ?

I am not a fan of rooms on the 20th floor.

We would request a BLT standard view studio.

Which floors are they located on?
What floor range should we ask for ?
Floors 2-6 ?
Do lots of people walk by your room on floor 1?

What would be our view ?
I do not mind trees, plants, or flowers - just not a view of a concrete wall.

The standard view rooms are on the lower floors with obstructed or limited views.

Sounds like my cup of tea.
Lower rooms are great - floors 6 or less are perfect
Just not floor 1 - we would like a balcony.
Unless the bottom floor does not have rooms and
floor 1 is really floor 2.

Where is the laundry ?
Can a renter of a Studio DVC get into the laundry room?
How much does it cost to do laundry at the BLT washing machines and dryers?

Floor 1 does have rooms. Some walk by, and no sheer curtains for privacy. That's what we had before the Member Cruise, it turned out fine. We were viewing the marina. I did use the patio.
