I hope so. That's what I've requested anyhow - I requested a view of the marina because I like to watch the boats on the lake, and didn't think I'd see much of that from the sort of courtyard rooms. Plus, I wondered if pool noise would kind of echo off the walls and I'm looking for a quieter space. I'll post as soon as I can on check in day and let everyone know where I end up. I've booked a one bedroom lake view villa.

When you look at Craig's photos taken from BL:

The north(?) side will offer views of the CR's marina and pool area, and the inner courtyard area directly overlooks the BLT pool area, so I guess it depends on which BLV you get - "inner courtyard" or "CR (north?) side."

*CRRF4L* it seems likely that the odd numbered room beds might face toward Epcot/WL just as the odd-numbered room beds in the Tower's BL side do.

Thanks for all the responses. I'm starting to wonder if we'd like the Bay View better? I'm sure the MK view would be awesome at night, but we'll probobly be out most evenings and either be in the MK watching the fireworks, or be at another park, so I'm not sure if it would be worth it.
Decisions decisions...

Personally, we prefer the BLV because there isn't a parking lot beneath us (and, it does cost less).

Since BLT is opening in a couple of weeks, and you won't be there for another 5+ months, I would wait until guests have reported back on their room locations/views. Then you'll have a better idea of the available room preferences such as: odd-numbered room views Vs. even-numbered room views; north side Vs. south side; inner courtyard views, which rooms are near elevators, etc...

I booked a standard view. I have requested a high floor so hopefully the view will be somewhat ok.

We are in a standard view room as well. I would love to have booked a MK view but I couldn't justify the cost. My husband and I, on past vacations, have used balaconies to read and/or drink a few beers, so I thought I would put our money elsewhere in our trip. But seeing your post has made me wonder if I should try to be more specific in a room location.....

Just wondering - If you are staying in the regular CR hotel, are you allowed to use the pool at BLT? Or is it just for BLT guests?
