BLT Room Location Request

Our first trip to BLT coming up in standard view 2 bedroom. Trying to figure out what location request to put in for. Won't be using monorail much as we will walk to MK. Will Use buses some but also will have a vehicle, we also like being on higher floors if possible. So my questions: where is the best location to stay? Any info and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We were just at BLT and had a wonderful stay. We had a lake view and I requested high floor, near elevator, overlooking pool. It was great. I know you have a standard view but I would request high floor, near elevator. That way you can zip down to walkway for the monorail or ground floor for the pool and walk to MK. Have a great time!

There are no standard view on high floors, they stop on level 5. At online check in you can ask for a balcony which should mean you aren't at the bottom. If you are contacting MS your best bet is to try asking for the North tower as you may get an MK view in addition to carpark!
