BLT Reservation ?

We rented points from a DVC member and have two reservations at BLT (a 2 br and a studio), arriving this Sat. My MIL and FIL are on our 2 br reservation but my MIL just fell and broke her ankle yesterday and won't be able to make the trip (so sad) and my FIL will likely stay home with her. Do I need to get their names removed from the reservation by having the DVC member call MS or can I just tell the CM at check-in that they will not be coming?

Also, I prepaid for Hoop-de-doo for the whole group already. Can I get a refund for them? Do I call someone?

Finally, can someone confirm that if their park tickets aren't used, although they are loaded onto MDE, they don't expire until 14 days after first use?

I would just tell them at check-in.

I would call for Hoop-de-doo, they might give you a refund if you call in advance.

Their tickets will remain in MDE unused. Did you buy from Disney or elsewhere?

Thanks! I bought the tickets from Undercover Tourist and they said after I linked to MDE, I couldn't return them.

That makes it easier.

You can correct the room reservation at check in.

You should cancel Hoop now.

You can assign the unused tickets to someone else in the future from within your MDE account.

They can use them in the future or give/sell to someone else (unlink from MDE).
