BLT Resale Value - Just went up for contracts < 160 points?

Now it's $140 point with no discounts unless you buy at least 160 points...I would think anyone with < 100 points to sell will now be able to unload them at least at breakeven...even at $120 its a deal for the new buyer.

Yikes...$140 a points seems so unrealistic to me. You're right to think this does put a premium on smaller contracts for sale now. I've been priced out of the BLT market and the points needed for stays is high too, oh well.

I purposely did 50 point contracts since I knew I would at some point have too many points...the MF on 1700 points is not pretty...would have reduced eventually but given the likelihood of more restrictions in the future I will now sell down to 400 by end of year...

Best thing about DVC was I could buy as many points as I felt like knowing I could always turn around and unload without much difficulty (at least with BLT)...

Not through Disney I won't but I have to say, I am tempted to do something I am trying hard not to do!!!!!!!

I hope DH's will is strong tonight!!!! Of course, he just came home from work after a back breaking day dealing with the almost 2 feet of snow we got so maybe, just maybe!!!!!

Oh my, so NY state is still experience winterlike conditions. We have seen some sun today, ut's still barely above 32, but still, sun is such an improvement over what we've had.

Whatever you do...best wishes, I know you love BLT and maybe BCV(?) !

I never planned on keeping all those points forever...I wouldn't mind being stuck with 300-400 for my son

These small contracts are not listed yet. I want to see how price shakes out after March deadline which I think has been way overblown. Regardless, I think BLT contracts will not lose their value as Disney will exercise ROFR (similar to BCV) after it sold out...
