I know what they are selling for per point right now on resell companies does anyone know what DVC is selling them for (I know they are technically waitlisted) but theoretically what are they selling them for?

And that is what Disney wants you to think. They raise the prices on the older resorts, start selling new resorts just above that price then increase the new resort price after the momentum picks up.

New resort, they do it all again.
