BLT points available when?

I just spoke with my guide about adding-on points at BLT. He said since I have an April UY he wasn't sure if the points would be added to our account Apr 2009 or 2010.

Does anyone else know for sure?

If they aren't added until Apr. 2010 - then do I have to borrow them to make a Dec 2009 reservation?

I know you can not book until March 1st for stays after Sept 2009 at BLT, but when can I use some BLT points at BWV for May '09?

You can't use BLT points for a May, 2009 stay at the BWV (or any other DVC resort).

BLT is not available for anyone to stay until September 2009 - that means you can NOT trade your BLT points for a stay elsewhere that begins before September 2009 when BLT opens.

I have a March UY and I have March 09 BLT "NULL" points in my account but can not use them until sept 09. At that time I can use them, bank the 09 or borrow from '10.

And would think after BLT opens I should be able to use my 09 points at a different resort if I wanted to.

Yes, as long as your stay at another DVC resort is after BLT opens, you may use your BLT points to book it. You can call to make the reservation before BLT opens, subject to the 7 month booking window.
