BLT news from the disney files...is this true?

SO I received my Disney files magazine, and it states in there, that based on DVC members surveys, they are reconfiguring the kitchen sink/bathroom situation, and the locks on the bathroom doors, to be completed this fall

I was half asleep though, so hopefully I read this correctly.
