BLT mf dues

I just logged onto to member site and notice there is an annual dues balance for my BLT add on contract. Is this correct? I thought we don't have to pay till after the resort opens.

No they are due normal time just the amount is only for the months open this year. I was told on my first BLT points I would not have to pay until Sept but on my second set they said I would have to pay in Jan but it would only be for the few months.

When I added on last week, I was told that I would be billed in July for the MF and would owe from August 4th until the end of the year.

Does anyone know how much we can expect to be billed? Will we receive some sort of statement? It seems like I remember that it is a per point fee, but I can't seem to find that right now. I think that it was also supposed to be prorated for this year. I have it set up to draft from my checking account. I use that account only for DVC and one other payment, it is not my main checking account, so I want to make sure that I keep enough in there.

It is $3.67 per point. I was told it would be prorated from August 4th until December 31st--so 5 months worth of fees (minus a few days).

On my 100 pt add-on, I was told to expect to pay around $150.00 for 2009.

Thanks for the quick reply! So, we have 225 points. $3.67 * 25 = $825.75 annually. $825.75 / 12 = $68.81 monthly. $68.81 * 5 months = $344.05 in mf for 2009. Does that sound right?

Yes, that is how my guide figured my fee for 2009. I think that is what it should be!

It is billed from August to the end of the year. MF are billed by calendar year and not UY. My UY is October.
