BLT Matching Developer Points New Thread

Okay so I phoned to book with my developer points and member services said they are not in my account, WHAT!!!! :eek: They should have been deposited weeks ago.:mad: :headache:
Same thing just happened to us today! Our guide told us on Dec.17 that we had our points and we called to make our ressies today. Imagine our frustration when the CM said that the points were not there:confused3 We left a message for her, but it is frustrating to wait:confused:
 
We're still waiting :sad: Our guide is supposed to let us know when they are deposited but I'm thinking of calling member services again tomorrow to check.

We will be calling our guide early on Monday. We left her a message today, she only works M-F, and should return our call Monday am. She has always been great about getting back to us. So I am sure that she will, and as soon as she does we will be calling MS to make a ressie because we have two to make, one for April and one for June. Good luck with yours!:)
 
I called to book using the DP's a few days ago. Ours were not showing in our account either, but the CM went away for a few minutes to ask a supervisor and came back to say he had found them. We made our booking at SSR and he told us that will not show online either, but that we will get the confirmation letter soon. I can see that the extra points we used from our BWV account have been transferred though, so hopefully all is well. :)
 

I called member services again and our developer points are finally in our account :cool1: I had been thru the "can you hold while I talk to my supervisor" a few times with no luck. This time he didn't even put me on hold, they showed up right away. I'm so happy they are there :cloud9: Good luck to everyone else still waiting, hope they show up very soon :goodvibes

So glad things have worked out! We plan to call later today. Wish us pixie dust!
 
Called again, still no luck! Will wait till tomorrow am when our guide is in.:surfweb:

Well, I guess before I try and rent mine I should call and make sure they are there. Waiting for 9am patiently
 
We did get ours. Thanks for asking. Our guide had to check on them again. We have made a ressie with them, but have not received a confirmation, but that is another thread :goodvibes.
