BLT is fixed and what time question

They got Bay Lake Towers added to the Disney Dining website. Sooooooo Now what time do I need to have my butt on the pc to book the ressies??? I thought I seen a post someone was on as early as 2am.

If you're trying to get through on your exact 90 + 10 day, it's 6:00 AM Eastern Time for making online ADRs.

If someone posted that they made ADRs at an earlier hour, I would think it is because either (a) they are in a different time zone, or
(b) they are already past their exact 90 + 10 day, so they can make ADRs online any time they feel like it.

What time can I make my ADR's Online?
As early as 3am Eastern Time. Originally the online system opened at 6:01 Eastern Time, but for the past few weeks board members have reported being able to open 90 and 90 +10 at 3am.
