BLT is Doing the Single Digit Dance

BLT is incredible! We're in villa 8220, it's a 1-bedroom villa MK view. We requested (and received) the highest possible floor, and northern facing.

The villa is perfect! Right as you walk in, you see the castle from those huge windows. Because it's still dark outside, the castle is still changing color. It's a beautiful aquamarine now. This villa is gorgeous, and the view is incredible.

PS - from the bed in the master bedroom, you can see the castle perfectly. It's royal purple now. And I tried out the jacuzzi, and yes, you can see the castle from the tub.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I don't want to switch to GF tomorrow!

We arrived at CR at a little after 4am this morning... the security person at the gate asked us if we were for BLT and we were shocked when the security person said Gratz you are the first to arrive for check in. At the desk we were told the same thing... I figured we would maybe be among the first 50 or so, but to be the first DVC member checked in is kind of neat.

BLT is awesome...everything looks really nice. One thing that is kind of different is the amount of security points where you need your key card to go...so when you are here you probably need to always carry your key card, even to the pool.

Anyways there is a partial report anyways...

We're on the 12th floor, which is the highest floor for MK views (unless you have a grand villa).

Yes! we checked in this morning. I bet they setup all the rooms weeks ago and left them like this since then.

Oh did everyone received the free gift Minnie lithograph at check in?? and there is another one with Mickey in the room.

Whoops, sounds like Mousekeeping missed that one. Enjoyed the photos on your facebook page. I liked the Welcome photo, we have one just like it from June, however your photo does a part of a monorail train in it. That's my goal next trip home to get a photo like that with the monorail train on the closer track.

OMG! there is a crowd in the lobby waiting to get up to the Top of the World Lounge already, they have set up a check-in podium in the lobby completed with those buzzer-pager. It looks like I will have zero chance to get in tonight... I think the only way to be able to watch the firework from up there is to camp out up there as soon as they open the door at 5pm.
