BLT in signature

What am I doing wrong? I keep trying to get the BLT logo thing in my signature but its only coming up as a red X. I did a search to find out how to do this so this is what I am doing:
1) Find logo from someone else's signature that I like, copy (under properties, the URL address)
2) Go to User CP on disboards, edit signature, click on icon at top (looks like mountain range), and paste url link.

Not working! Any suggestions?

Try saving it under the post photos tab and then inserting it as an image

You have two http// in your signatures:

http://http://i254.photobucket.com/a.../BLTLogo-1.jpg

take one out and leave one http:\\

Thought I removed it. Now I'm trying just one picture with one http.
