BLT grand villa ?s

DVC states 12 guests (plus one under 3years) to a grand villa at BLT, however it seems to sleep up to 14. The book says there is a sleep sofa on the 2nd floor living area and in the downstairs living room. So I count 5 beds...10 people, plus 2 sleep sofas...4 more.
Is it limited to 12 because there isn't enough space? Are there definitely 2 sleep sofas? Do the sleep sofas accommodate 1 or 2 (in our case, children)?

Yes you are correct. There are 5 beds plus the two sleep sofa's (which do sleep two). I am not sure why they say 12, but I can tell you the dinning room tables seats 14.

Occupancy of the GV's is 12. They provide an extra sleeping space or two to make it easier for all the guests to sleep. 12 (plus one under the age of three).
