BLT Contract is showing only 75 vacation homes.

Just got the paperwork for the BLT added on and while I was reading the contract (yes I read the contract ) I noticed that they only have 75 vacation homes assigned to BLT. Since I never bought in at the beginning is this all they have declared in the 1st phase? Or is this the total number of 2 bedrooms that will be available. I thought there were going to be more than that.

That 75 (probably 2BRs) in the paperwork is simply the number of rooms possible at the time that paperwork was printed which was likely at least two weeks and possibly a month before you purchased. It simply shows that by sometime in early October they had only declared into the DVC system that many rooms. As sales progress they add more rooms, often on a monthly basis. By the time anyone can occupy BLT in Sep 09, and depending on actual sales, they will likely have declared half the buidling or more into the DVC system. Note "Phase I" at BLT is not those 75 rooms. Phase I is actually a reference to almost the entire building based on plans submitted to government agencies.

they only release to DVC those rooms they can sell.

so at present it is 75 2-bedroom - got my contract yesterday will look at see it any more are mentioned. really doubt it.

the other villa won't be release until they are needed for sales. So if they are finished then CRO can rent them until they are sold.
