Use online check-in and they will greet you outside by name, and escort you to the desk..... it really is unbelievable service there!

We've done online check-in every time we've stayed at BLT and it has been very quick. Highly recommend it. Have a great trip!

I did online check-in before arriving at AKL-K last year... it was magical. Really took the kids by surprise and they really got a kick out of it (me too!)

There are no services at BLT except for the Community Hall and the TOTWL. The Front Desk, housekeeping, bell services, dining, shopping and other services are all out of the Contemporary.
