BLT check in and adding tix to KTTW

Hi! Would it be easier to go through CR check in to have our tickets added to our KTTW card? We purchased directly through Disney.

I am still having trouble adding my Disney visa to check in, even though I called it still looks like I have not completed on line check in. Is there any real advantage to this?

BLT is our home resort but we've always checked in at CR. We've also rented a crib and are having groceries delivered. We'll be arriving around 10:00 am by car service. What's the easiest way to go?
