BLT availability

We booked a family trip for August 2023 at BLT through Disney.

I finally received my accumulated vacation pay and plan to purchase DVC (or at least make offers) over the next few days.

Even if I get a contract accepted it will be at least 90 days before we close.

I was hoping it would not be out of line if I could ask those who can access the system to provide availability information.

If we successfully get a contract, we hope to book a 1 bedroom at BLT using those points and then cancelling our cash reservation.

We would be able to use the points between the period of August 18 through August 30.

Our first choice would be BLT but if people want to post availability at other resorts for that time period that is fine with me.

It’s not allowed since it changes constantly. Buy your contract and hope for the best is all you can do pretty much.

Right now Disney is offering discounted pricing if you purchase BLT direct. It will still be higher than resale, but you will get your points right away and depending on what UY you pick, you will more than likely receive 2022 points. Worth giving them a call to see if it makes financial sense.

As mentioned, we do not allow people to post availability since it constantly changes.

Until you have points to book, it doesn’t matter what we see now because it will be different once you buy and close on a resale contract.
