BLT at 7 months out for July?

What are the odds of getting a one bedroom Magic Kingdom view at BLT for early July (around July 3rd & 4th) right at 7 months?

I would say pretty low for those 2 days.

(Although I am basing this on looking at a 1BR standard, that was available all July except the 3rd and 4th)

Thanks for your response. That's what I think too. I own there & will book right at 11 months. My sister owns at SSR & will book that at 11 months & then hopes to switch to BLT at 7 months.

I think we need another plan.

For 2016, both theme park view and standard view rooms, includuing 1BRs, were gone for July 3 and 4 before 7 months out. The lake view 1BR was open for those dates, but the lake view studios and 2BR lock-offs were also booked for those two dates before 7 months out. I personally consider lake view the better choice over "look at that nice huge parking lot" theme park view, particularly if you get stuck in the lower floor theme park view rooms (floors 5 to 7) rather than higher floors.

Thanks for your response. We usually stay standard view at BLT to save points & watch fireworks from Top of the World Lounge, but next year we would like to watch fireworks from our villa(s), if possible. I think lake view is beautiful & relaxing. We just don't want to deal w/crowds at the lounge to watch July holiday fireworks.

1BR is more likely than a studio.

I booked my dedicated two bedroom standard view at 11 months, but was able to rebook the entire week (including July 4th) at 7 months. I imagine an MK view will be difficult, but getting a room at BLT should be possible.

As drusba mentioned, your sister should be able toget a 1 BR for that time of year. She could wait list, if not. Do you have enough points to book some of those days for her?
